PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa and Master Card logos.

For WHOLESALE orders we provide invoice and payment from company bank account: SEPA (European local bank) money transfers, ACH (US local bank) money transfers; BACS and FPS (UK local bank) money transfer.

Besides it could be SWIFT payment or money transfer Western Union, Moneygram, etc. Please contact us and we will find the way of payment suitable for you.


SHIPPING:

Handling time

Usually we need 2-3 days after payment is received to proceed with shipment. For wholesale order, please contact us before order for exact handling time.


Shipping method

We make shipments WORLDWIDE. The price which is included in default shipping method is shipping by International Air Post, delivery to all countries all round the world be national post (USPS in United States, Canada post in Canada, Royal mail in UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.) during 10-30 days. Please notice, as it is standart post, there could be delays in holiday time.

We also make shipment by UPS Express shipping (5-10 days delivery). Shipping cost for 0.5 kg parcel from 25-30 euro. Please contact us before order, if you need express shipping.


Once the item has been dispatched we will provide tracking number, so you will be able to track the parcel destination.

Please be aware that all parcels are signed personaly, if no one will be home to sign for the parcel, it will be delivered to nearest pick-up post unit and you will informed by post notification.


Missing or Damaged Parcel

In the rare case that an item did not arrive or arrives with damage from shipping defects, please sent us e-mail with your order number to support.service@clipscarmat.com and we will be glad to help start the return process or warranty claim, and ship a replacement.
